Trenette is the most traditional form of pasta served with pesto alla genovese, a dish known as trenette al pesto, which can also include potatoes and green beans boiled in the same water.

Since the beginning family-owned, Chelucci produces durum wheat pasta and egg pasta. Giuseppe uses the traditional wheat varieties and the classical methods – in bronze molding presses and slow drying in the max. 38 degrees heated chambers.
